This is a full-time senior-level position requiring 15 to 20 years of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the sales strategy, leading a high-performance sales team, and establishing and maintaining relationships with key accounts within the region.Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals and expanded market share in Madhya Pradesh.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the state sales team, setting objectives and monitoring performance.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and analysis, driving business growth.
  • Appoint dealers and distributors to expand the company's footprint and drive sales volume.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns to boost sales.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Must have a proven track record in channel sales within the lighting segment (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in appointing and managing dealers and distributors is essential (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
  • Strong skills in crafting and implementing effective sales strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Excellent market research capabilities to identify and tap into new opportunities within the region.
  • Experience in sales recruitment to build a competent and motivated team.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals and manage key account relationships successfully.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
