Based in Jaipur, this senior-level position requires a strong understanding of the lighting segment and the ability to appoint dealers and distributors effectively. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving regional sales performance and expanding our market presence.Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the state sales operations, ensuring alignment with corporate sales objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key dealers and distributors in the region.
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to increase sales and market share.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and mentorship of the sales team in Rajasthan.

Qualifications and Skills
