The State Head oversees the sales and distribution operations for dairy products within a specific geographic region. This role involves leading a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive revenue growth and market share in the fresh produce segment.

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for Dairy Products within the region to achieve revenue targets and increase market penetration.
Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure the team's success.
Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; ensure optimum utilization of resources in the region.
Oversee distribution operations, including logistics, inventory management, and order fulfilment, to ensure timely delivery of fresh produce to customers. Optimize distribution channels and routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Liaise with the Marketing team to ensure that adequate marketing support by way of merchandising and promotions is available in the region in order to provide brand visibility and promote sales in the region.
Candidate Requirement:
MBA with 8+ years of experience in sales from Dairy industry
Should have good communication, willlingness to travel
