State Head - QR, Soundbox & SB Business (Rajasthan)

Role Purpose

Own the

state P&L

for QR, soundbox, and savings account sourcing, and build a high?performing field organisation across Rajasthan.?

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

Prepare the

annual and monthly business plan

for Rajasthan, including QR, soundbox, and SB account targets, revenue, and cost budgets.? Decide city/district rollout, urban vs rural mix, and bank/fintech partnership focus.

Sales & Revenue Ownership

Achieve state?level volume and revenue numbers and ensure positive contribution after all people and operating costs.? Monitor key KPIs: active devices %, average GMV per merchant, revenue per FOS, and acquisition cost.

Team Building & Leadership

Recruit, train, and manage

Regional Managers, Territory Managers, and Senior TLs

, ensuring clear cascading targets and review rhythm.? Run weekly and monthly performance reviews using the points/attendance framework (QR + soundbox + account).

Market Expansion & Partnerships

Identify high?potential clusters (mandis, bazaars, highways, Tier?2/3 towns) and allocate teams accordingly.? Coordinate with partner banks/fintechs for SB account schemes, settlement structures, and joint campaigns.

Execution & Compliance Governance

Ensure all onboarding follows KYC, RBI and bank rules; no non?compliant or dummy merchants are onboarded.? Set state?level SOPs for documentation, soundbox deployment, replacement and service.

Stakeholder Management & Reporting

Report state performance to central leadership; present dashboards on growth, risks, and opportunities.? Align with central Product, Operations, Risk, and Marketing teams on new features, pricing, and promotions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
