We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented State Head to lead our sales and operations in Punjab. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive revenue growth while managing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets across the state.
Lead, motivate, and manage Area Sales Managers (ASM), Territory Sales Managers (TSM), and field staff.
Drive market penetration, channel development, and distributor management.
Ensure achievement of sales, revenue, and distribution objectives.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to develop counter strategies.
Maintain strong business relationships with channel partners, distributors, and key stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies, reporting, and operational standards.
Handle team performance reviews, training, and mentoring to ensure productivity.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Operations) for smooth business execution.
Key Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred) in Sales/Marketing/Business Management.
8-12 years of experience in Sales/Business Development, preferably in Telecom, Fintech, FMCG, or Financial Services.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to travel extensively within Punjab.
