Job Description

Drive State Performance

Achieve volume, value (secondary as well as primary sales)

Lead new launch planning and execution

Drive/ design initiatives to improve sales processes and market share.

Drive visibility, marketing activity and promotions

Ensure communication and adherence of pricing and promotions

Ensure manpower and S&D infra in line with the ABP.

Forecast sales and stock

Drive Initiatives, Monitor and Control

Drive implementation of S&D transformation initiatives

Analyze stock movement and control inventory

ABP Development

Finalize and monitoring primary and secondary targets

Establish distribution and visibility objectives

Review profitability with Accounts on a regular basis

Coaching & Development

Coach and develop sales team; ensure adherence to induction & training calendar

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
