State Head - General Insurance - 8+ Years - Bangalore
We are looking for a State Head to handle the entire Karnataka region, with 8+ years of experience in general insurance and 4+ years of experience in renewals.

Responsibilities * Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue objectives for the assigned territory.

• Lead, motivate, and guide the state-wide sales team, ensuring operational efficiency and high team morale.
• Coordinate B2B and B2C sales initiatives by fostering partnerships with business clients, brokers, and direct customers.
• Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities while improving penetration into existing markets.
• Monitor competitor strategies and industry trends to align sales approaches.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory frameworks and internal guidelines.
• Collect and analyze sales data to evaluate performance and derive actionable insights.
• Serve as a trusted liaison between the organization and key stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration.

Requirements * 8+ years in sales with a proven track record in general insurance or financial products.

• Strong expertise in both B2B and B2C sales frameworks, with leadership capabilities to manage large teams effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, coupled with analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Well-versed in data analysis tools and CRM software.
• In-depth understanding of the insurance landscape, market dynamics, and compliance standards.
