Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution
Drive state-level field sales strategies aligned with national business goals.
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Expand reach in rural, semi-urban, and urban markets through direct and channel sales.
2.
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and manage a large on-ground sales force including Area Sales Managers (ASMs), Territory Executives, and Field Officers.
Set clear performance KPIs, track daily activities, and ensure productivity of field teams.
Conduct regular field visits and market audits to assess performance and support team.
3.
Market Expansion
Identify and onboard key healthcare touchpoints such as clinics, diagnostic labs, pharmacies, and health influencers.
Drive B2C and B2B2C healthcare card sales through outreach and activation camps.
4.
Partner & Channel Development
Develop and manage distributor/channel partner networks to drive penetration in the state.
Ensure partners are aligned, trained, and actively engaged in promoting GP Aarogya services.
5.
Operations & Compliance
Ensure proper documentation, process adherence, and timely reporting from field teams.
Coordinate with backend teams for logistics, technology issues, and escalations.
6.
Reporting & Analytics
Provide regular MIS reports, sales forecasts, and market intelligence to senior management.
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity for better planning.
Key Requirements:
Education:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare.
Experience:
12-18 years in field sales, preferably in healthcare, insurance, diagnostics, or FMCG, with 3+ years in a state leadership role.
Location Knowledge:
Strong understanding of local geography, culture, and healthcare landscape.
