About the role: This role is part of an interstate state team where we tend to solve for best quality cattle in each state. Responsibilities: \xc3\x98 State Head is responsible to generate demand by building & managing the team of 20+ Key Account Managers spread across the state. \xc3\x98 Meeting and on boarding Anchor clients ( Dairy farmers), personally to ensure a steady flow of orders from their Hub \xc3\x98 Manage end to end sales P&L of 2-3 farms and handle monthly revenue to the tune of 2-3 Cr. \xc3\x98 Handling end to end business operations at state level which would require extensive travel to the farms across state \xc3\x98 Creating a strategic road map and execution plan of Demand across the state \xc3\x98 Ensuring that the monthly, quarterly and yearly business targets are achieved as per annual operating plan \xc3\x98 Handling escalations/concerns raised at various levels within organisation or from other stakeholders \xc3\x98 Working closely with internal as well as external stakeholders and also responsible for preparation and reporting of daily operation report for the category leaders Required skills: o Hands on experience of working on Excel for sales planning & forecasting, demand supply estimation o Experience of running on-ground sales and business operations preferably in Dairy industries/ cattle feed/ cattle embryo, etc o Experience in managing key accounts for generation of demand. o Ability to set up operations from scratch and scale them up as per business needs o Team management, Leadership, People management o Highly driven, self motivated with a bias for action and highly execution oriented Desired Profile: Educational background - B.E./B.tech, MBA/PGDM Experience - Min 5 - 6 years of similar work experience of working in a fast paced, high pressure environment or tech start up Job Type: Full-time Salary: 91,200,000.00 - 91,500,000.00 per year Schedule:
