Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and monitor educational events across the state.
Supervise district coordinators, field organizers, and event teams.
Coordinate with schools, colleges, and institutional authorities for event approvals and scheduling.
Ensure timely execution of events as per organizational standards.
Manage logistics, vendor coordination, and event materials distribution statewide.
Track performance, attendance, and work reports of field teams.
Conduct field visits to ensure event quality and compliance.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for the central office.
Handle issue resolution and provide on-ground support whenever required.
Maintain strong communication between state teams and headquarters.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Degree holder (any discipline).
1-5 years of experience in event coordination or educational outreach preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Ability to travel extensively within the state.
Problem-solving ability and field management experience.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Should be willing to travel PAN India event
