Location: State-Level (Field & Institutional Visits)

India in films, television, and OTT platforms. In association with Shri Yuga Event Management, the

organization conducts school and college educational events, talent drives, and cultural programs. We focus

on seamless event execution, youth engagement, and fostering industry connections. Our mission is to

create impactful experiences while recognizing and nurturing emerging talent nationwide.

The State Co-Ordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing all educational event activities within

the assigned state. This role involves planning, executing, and supervising school and college events,

coordinating with district teams, maintaining institutional relationships, and ensuring smooth on-ground

operations. The State Co-ordinator acts as the primary link between the central management team and

field event organizers.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and monitor educational events across the state.

Supervise district coordinators, field organizers, and event teams.

Coordinate with schools, colleges, and institutional authorities for event approvals and scheduling.

Ensure timely execution of events as per organizational standards.

Manage logistics, vendor coordination, and event materials distribution statewide.

Track performance, attendance, and work reports of field teams.

Conduct field visits to ensure event quality and compliance.

Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for the central office.

Handle issue resolution and provide on-ground support whenever required.

Maintain strong communication between state teams and headquarters.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Degree holder (any discipline).

1-5 years of experience in event coordination or educational outreach preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Ability to travel extensively within the state.

Problem-solving ability and field management experience.

Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Should be willing to travel PAN India event

Working Hours:

As per school/college timings and event schedules

Compensation:

Salary, TA, and performance-based incentives as per organizational policy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
