Role SummaryThe State Business Head will lead the complete business operations, government coordination, and project expansion of CVIRMS across Rajasthan. This role is responsible for driving revenue, strengthening partnerships with Rajasthan Police and government departments, managing district operations, and ensuring successful implementation of CVIRMS across hotels, PGs, lodges, and all commercial accommodations in the state.Key Responsibilities1. Business Expansion & Revenue Growth- Own statewide revenue targets and ensure consistent month-on-month growth.- Identify new districts/cities for expansion and execute rollout plans.- Lead commercial strategies, pricing models, and partner engagement.- Ensure high renewal rates and active usage across all accommodations.2. Government Liaison & Relationship Management- Build and manage strong relationships with Rajasthan Police, Home Department, and District SPs/Commissionerates.- Present state progress reports, dashboards, and case studies to senior officials.- Drive policy-level support, circulars, and enforcement assistance for CVIRMS adoption.3. Statewide Operations Leadership- Oversee Project Managers, District Managers, and field teams across Rajasthan.- Set daily/weekly/monthly performance targets and review achievements.- Ensure smooth onboarding, training, and compliance across all hotels/PGs/lodges.- Plan and execute operational strategies for coverage, penetration, and user engagement.4. Stakeholder & Industry Engagement- Conduct workshops with hotel associations, PG/hostel owners and tourism stakeholders.- Support partnerships with local bodies (Nagar Nigam, Development Authorities, Tourism Dept).- Drive awareness campaigns and training programs for property owners.5. Reporting, Monitoring & Governance- Monitor state MIS, dashboards, revenue reports, and city-wise performance.- Identify bottlenecks and take corrective actions to improve field efficiency.- Prepare presentations and updates for senior management.6. Risk Management & Issue Resolution- Resolve escalations from field teams, users, or government departments.- Anticipate implementation risks and deploy preventive strategies.Required Skills & Qualifications- 7-12+ years of experience in business operations, government projects, or state-level leadership roles.- Strong government liaisoning experience, preferably with Police/Home Departments.- Proven track record in revenue ownership and team management.- Excellent communication, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to handle statewide travel and multi-city operations.KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)- State revenue achievement- Active hotel/PG onboarding & usage rate- District-wise performance delivery- Government satisfaction & project support- Team performance and retention- Expansion to new cities/districts (ref:updazz.com)
