Job Responsibilities 1. Provide 24/7 support to Security Agencies for LI & DD.

2. Facilitate Lawful Interception as per process given by the DoT &

amplified in Nodal Hand Book, including complete documentation.

3. Prepare and maintain up to date records / documentation for the

following

a) CDR requests received (e-mail / fax / courier / post etc.).

b) Summons received from court in connection with producing of CDR/SDR.

c) Record / Register of Monitoring requests received.

d) Destruction of old records.

e) Maintain Register/Record of Authorized Nodal Officers/Authorized e-

mail ids/Specimen signature of Security Agencies.

f) Fortnightly letters to security agencies for reconciliation of

monitoring requests.

g) Event logs for any issues relating to LI System.

h) Contact list /Telephone numbers of Security Agencies / Important

Police Stations.

4. Maintain & ensure CONFIDENTIALITY of the communication between

Security / Government Agencies and the company.

Experience Requirement 6 - 12 years
