What We're Looking For:

We are looking for a

who can bring fresh ideas, commitment, and strategic thinking to one (or both) ventures.

Key Qualities:

Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach Passion for HR/recruitment and/or travel and tourism Willingness to invest time and effort into a startup Excellent communication and networking skills Open to learning and growing with the business

Preferred (but not required):

Experience in HR/recruitment, talent acquisition, or travel planning Business development, sales, or marketing background Previous startup or partnership experience

Role & Responsibilities:

For HR Recruitment Firm:

Help build and manage recruitment processes Develop client relationships with companies Source and match candidates with job opportunities Grow the firm's presence online and offline

For Travel Agency:

Plan and promote travel packages (domestic & international) Coordinate with vendors, tour operators, and clients Manage social media and digital presence Offer creative input on business strategy and branding
