We're looking for a

startup-savvy, execution-focused COO

who can take charge of the business side, from operations to strategy and growth, helping bring our ambitious vision to life.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Execution

Build and optimize day-to-day operations and workflows Lead onboarding of service providers (contractors, businesses, etc. Create SOPs and manage remote teams/virtual assistants

Strategic Planning

Work closely with the founder to implement the company's strategic plan Break long-term goals into weekly and monthly execution plans Track KPIs and use data to improve operations

Business Development

Lead partnerships with service providers, advertisers, and corporate clients Manage outreach to vendors and local businesses to grow the platform Identify new markets and service categories for expansion

Team Management

Recruit, train, and manage team members (content creators, onboarding reps, VAs) Build a positive, productive, and scalable internal culture Set team KPIs and oversee task execution

Financial Oversight

Work with bookkeepers and accountants to manage budgets and financial health Help optimize pricing models and partner commission structures Oversee Stripe integration, subscriptions, and revenue tracking

Product & Tech Support

Collaborate with the app developers to prioritize feature development Translate business needs into technical tasks for the dev team Provide feedback loops based on user, vendor, and market input

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
