We are a startup operating in industrial IoT, AIoT and hardware design/manufacturing, looking for a hands-on B2B growth marketer who thrives in early-stage environments.
This role blends outbound sales, agentic marketing, automation, and digital lead generation. You will own campaigns end-to-end--from strategy and tooling to execution and optimization--with minimal bureaucracy and high accountability.
Startup-Focused Growth Execution
Operate in a fast-moving startup environment with limited resources and high ownership
Build processes from scratch and iterate rapidly
Prioritize impact over perfection and deliver measurable results quickly
Work closely with founders, sales, and technical teams
B2B Outbound & Account-Based Marketing
Execute outbound B2B campaigns targeting manufacturing, industrial automation, and electronics companies
Design and manage ABM strategies for high-value accounts
Run multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, CRM-driven workflows)
Qualify leads and maintain clean handoffs to sales
Agentic Marketing & Automation
Build and manage agentic workflows for:
Lead discovery
Data enrichment
Personalization
Follow-ups and sequencing
Actively use automation-first thinking to scale outreach
Continuously test and refine messaging and workflows
Automation Tools & Systems (Bonus Emphasis)
Use n8n to connect CRMs, outreach tools, lead sources, and internal systems
Automate repetitive tasks across marketing and sales pipelines
Maintain visibility and tracking across all systems
Optimize workflows for reliability and scalability
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
Support inbound lead generation for hardware design & manufacturing services
Improve conversion paths through landing pages, email funnels, and LinkedIn
Help position highly technical offerings for decision-makers and engineers
Required Experience
Must-Have
Proven experience in B2B marketing and outbound sales
Experience working in startups or early-stage companies
Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid change, and self-direction
Strong organizational skills and ownership mindset
Experience marketing technical or industrial products
