Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Star LIMS validation integration with Lab App and installation and upgrade processes. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can efficiently manage product configurations and contribute to the enhancement of our laboratory information management systems.

Responsibilities

Lead the configuration and customization of Star LIMS to meet specific laboratory requirements. Oversee the integration of Star LIMS with Lab App to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Star LIMS installations and upgrades. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements for system enhancements. Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures. Conduct system validation and testing to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Implement best practices for system maintenance and performance optimization. Train end-users on Star LIMS functionalities and provide ongoing support and guidance. Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance user experience. Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and implement solutions. Ensure data integrity and security within the Star LIMS environment. Contribute to the continuous improvement of laboratory processes through effective system configuration. Support the companys mission by enhancing laboratory efficiency and data accuracy. Qualifications Possess strong expertise in Star LIMS validation and integration with Lab App. Demonstrate proficiency in Star LIMS installation and upgrade processes. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Have experience working in a hybrid work model with a focus on day shifts. Show ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Display strong communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders. Hold a relevant certification in laboratory information management systems.

Certifications Required

Certified LIMS Professional or equivalent certification in laboratory information management systems.
