Prepare

coffee, tea, and specialty beverages

grinders, espresso machines, blenders, and brewing equipment

2. Customer Service Excellence



Deliver

warm, personalized, and memorable guest service

3. Cleanliness & Hygiene

Job Purpose



To prepare and serve high-quality Starbucks-style coffee and beverages while delivering exceptional guest service that reflects the warmth and hospitality of Ashirwad Club Resort. The Barista will maintain beverage consistency, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction standards in a fast-paced cafe environment.

Key Responsibilities1. Beverage Preparation & Quality



Prepare and serve all coffee, tea, and specialty beverages following standardized Starbucks-style recipes. Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and brewing equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain beverage consistency in flavor, presentation, and temperature. Ensure all ingredients (milk, syrups, beans) are fresh and stocked properly.

2. Guest Service Excellence



Provide prompt, friendly, and personalized service to resort guests. Understand guest preferences and recommend drinks or food pairings accordingly. Handle guest complaints professionally and report major issues to the Cafe Supervisor. Ensure a pleasant and inviting cafe ambiance at all times.

3. Hygiene & Cleanliness
