The senior recruiter will assist senior management to recruit the initial team to support the management. We prefer a senior recruiter with 3 -5 years of handling all aspects of recruiting for non-technical jobs in the BFSI sector. The responsibilities include:
Build a recruiting process and a pipeline of candidates
Handles end-to-end aspects of recruiting new employees
Assist management with multi-tasking
Ideal candidates are dynamic, hard workers, result oriented and who can excel in a fast-paced startup environment and possess outstanding communication skills
