Oversee daily stall operations and staff
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for inventory
Manage cash and daily sales records
Train and supervise junior staff
Ensure quality and consistency in products and services
Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory or similar role (preferred)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure and multitask
