Sales Strategy & Execution
: Develop and implement regional or national sales strategies aligned with company objectives, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management
:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, distributors, and partners, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction and after-sales service.
Market & Competitive Analysis
: Monitor steel market trends, pricing, demand fluctuations, and competitor activities to identify risks and opportunities and recommend effective strategies.
Sales Performance & Reporting:
Achieve sales targets, manage sales forecasts, track and analyze sales performance metrics, and prepare sales reports and budgets.
Negotiation & Deal Closure:
Negotiate and close sales deals, securing profitable contracts with new and existing customers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with production, logistics, finance, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations and align sales with operational capabilities.
Marketing Initiatives:
Drive regional or national marketing initiatives, support brand exclusivity efforts at the distributor level, and provide feedback to product development based on market needs.
Channel Management:
Manage and develop channel partners and distributors, ensuring compliance and capability building.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
