We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Staff/Principal Benchtop Validation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electrical engineering and hands-on expertise in the benchtop validation of various electronic components (PMICs, Clock Drivers, Register Clock Drivers, Data Buffers, etc.) such as those used on DRAM Modules. The candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of measurements, including electrical, timing, jitter measurements, and validating I2C commands.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical, timing, and jitter measurements to ensure component performance and reliability.
• Execute I2C commands for device configuration and testing.
• Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive test plans, procedures, and reports.
• Analyze test data, identify issues, and provide detailed reports on findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and development, to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience with a Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in benchtop validation and High Speed component validation.
• In-depth knowledge of Clock Drivers, RCDs, and Data Buffers for DIMM Modules.
• Proficiency in electrical, timing, and jitter measurements, as well as I2C communication.
• Knowledge of scripting is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
