The Staffing Resource Specialist is responsible for identifying, allocating, and managing talent to meet US client project needs. This role requires strong coordination skills, a deep understanding of workforce planning, and the ability to match the right talent with the right opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the assignment and deployment of internal or contract resources to client projects or open positions.
Collaborate with recruitment teams to identify current and future resource requirements.
Maintain a real-time view of resource availability, skills inventory, and allocation status.
Develop staffing plans and proactively address resource gaps or surpluses.
Manage onboarding and offboarding logistics for consultants and contractors.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on resource utilization, open roles, and fulfillment status.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1+ years of experience in staffing, resource management, or workforce planning (IT staffing experience preferred).
Understanding of employment types (W2, C2C, 1099, T4, etc.).
Ability to work across multiple time zones and support global staffing needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.

Pay: Up to ?15,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 20 per week
