Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new clients for contract, permanent, and managed staffing solutions across India.
Generate new business through cold calls, client meetings, referrals, and professional networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, Procurement, and Hiring Managers.
Understand client requirements and work closely with the recruitment delivery team to ensure timely fulfillment.
Develop and present business proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and placement targets.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and report performance metrics to management.
Stay informed on staffing market trends, competitor activities, and pricing models.
Requirements:
Graduate / MBA in Business, HR, or related field.
5+ years of experience in business development for staffing/recruitment firms in India.
Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
Strong understanding of IT and Non-IT hiring trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to handle multiple clients and work independently under minimal supervision.
Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an advantage.
