Take ownership of our high-intensity bootcamp model, ensuring participants hit their learning goals with discipline and accountability.
Design, deliver, and refine hands-on sessions for programmers, focusing on practical skills-building.
Work closely with our internal team to scale an already successful training program that currently lacks bandwidth.
Mentor interns and early-career talent, helping them ramp up quickly through structured coaching.
Contribute to curriculum development, labs, projects, and assessments in collaboration with our Data+AI experts.
What you must bringStrong programming fundamentals with solid hands-on experience - background in data engineering or devops is a plus.
Genuine interest in teaching, coaching, and building talent in the data/AI ecosystem.
Experience leading, mentoring, or training teams; ability to enforce learning discipline.
Comfort working in a fast-paced bootcamp environment with high expectations and continuous improvement.
Ability to break down complex concepts into simple, clear, actionable learning steps.
