with proven leadership capabilities, deep technical acumen, and strong communication and collaboration skills to drive system-level testing initiatives in a fast-paced and innovative environment. In this role, you will lead the

Systems Integration and Validation

efforts across Enphase Energy's diverse product portfolio, spanning multiple business units and global markets.


As a Technical System Test Lead, you will take ownership of

end-to-end system test architecture

, including the design and execution of comprehensive test strategies, development of test plans, and setup of complex test environments. These environments will integrate components such as Gateways, EV Chargers, AC Batteries, Microinverters, Controller Switches, Load Controls, and both Cloud and Mobile applications tailored for North America & LATAM international markets.


You will spearhead

data-driven analysis

of global Beta Programs, proactively identify system-level issues, and translate findings into actionable use cases for lab validation. Your role will also involve close collaboration with offshore teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and product owners to ensure alignment on quality goals and delivery timelines.


As a

Subject Matter Expert (SME)

, you will guide technical decisions and lead discussions with stakeholders, mentor junior engineers, ensure that system testing aligns with business objectives and customer expectations and be the Champion who inspire Quality excellence. You will be responsible for publishing detailed test reports, driving continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to Automate Test cases or Functions and contributing to the evolution of Enphase's testing frameworks and methodologies.


Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Leading system test planning, Test Design, Test execution, and reporting Designing scalable test bed schematics and automation strategies Driving root cause analysis and corrective actions for complex system issues Coordinating with global teams to ensure test coverage and consistency Representing QA in cross-functional technical discussions and product reviews Analysing the field defects and coming up with test cases, strategies to enhance System Test coverage. Identify and implement effective simulation strategies using industry-standard simulation software to replicate real-world field scenarios within lab environments. Experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) simulation platforms is highly valuable for validating system behaviour under dynamic and complex conditions.

What You Will Do as a Technical

Lead technical reviews and engineering discussions

, providing expert feedback on product and design specifications from a system test perspective, and translating requirements into detailed, actionable test scenarios.

Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME)

for complex projects involving multiple Enphase systems, configurations, and technologies--owning technical decisions and guiding cross-functional alignment.

Architect and implement system integration test strategies

, including drawing test bed schematics, setting up multi-component systems in the lab, and ensuring seamless operation for Verification and validation activities.

Proactively identify and resolve

system

integration issues

, applying deep technical analysis to maintain project momentum and ensure timely delivery.

Execute system-level tests independently

, document and track defects, and provide detailed root cause analysis to drive resolution and improve product quality.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams

--including development, product management, and project management--to triage defects, ensure timely fixes, and uphold release readiness.

Mentor and guide system test engineers

, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation through knowledge sharing and leadership.

Engage with Field Engineers and Customer Support teams

to understand real-world product usage and pain points, feeding insights back into test coverage enhancements and system validation strategies. Demonstrates exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills to investigate system-level defects in depth, identify root causes early in the product development cycle, and implement corrective actions that significantly enhance overall product quality and reliability.

A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, with
