with proven leadership capabilities, deep technical acumen, and strong communication and collaboration skills to drive system-level testing initiatives in a fast-paced and innovative environment. In this role, you will part of the

Systems Integration and Validation

team across Enphase Energy's diverse product portfolio, spanning multiple business units and global markets.


In this role, you will take ownership of

end-to-end system test architecture

, including the test plan design, automation and execution of comprehensive test strategies, development of test plans, and setup of complex test environments. These environments will integrate components such as AI based home energy management systems, Gateways, EV Chargers, Batteries, Microinverters, Controller Switches, Load Controls, Water heaters, Cloud and Mobile applications tailored for various international markets.


You will spearhead

data-driven analysis

of global Beta Programs, proactively identify system-level issues, and translate findings into actionable use cases for lab validation. Your role will also involve close collaboration with offshore teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and product owners to ensure alignment on quality goals and delivery timelines.


As a

, you will guide technical decisions and lead discussions with stakeholders, ensure that system testing aligns with business objectives and customer expectations and be the Champion who inspire Quality excellence. You will be responsible for publishing detailed test reports, driving continuous improvement, and contributing to the evolution of Enphase's testing frameworks and methodologies.

What You Will Do as a

Independently design, develop, and execute comprehensive system integration and end-to-end test plans

Lead technical reviews and engineering discussions

, providing expert feedback on product and design specifications from a system test perspective, and translating requirements into detailed, actionable test scenarios. Candidate should have a good knowledge and hand on

Serve as the

for complex projects involving multiple Enphase systems, configurations, and technologies--owning technical decisions and guiding cross-functional alignment.

Architect and implement system integration test strategies

, including drawing test bench schematics, setting up multi-component systems in the lab, and ensuring seamless operation for validation activities.

Proactively identify and resolve integration issues

, applying deep technical analysis to maintain project momentum and ensure timely delivery.

Execute system-level tests independently

, document and track defects, and provide detailed root cause analysis to drive resolution and improve product quality.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams

--including development, product management, and project management--to triage defects, ensure timely fixes, and uphold release readiness.

Mentor and guide system test engineers

A master's or bachelor's degree in electrical/Electronic Engineering, with 7

+ years of experience in

in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while maintaining a clear focus on quality, delivery, and stakeholder alignment. Excellent communicator and collaborator, with experience

leading cross-functional engagements

across engineering, product management, and field teams to align on test goals and resolve issues efficiently. Hands-on expertise in

developing electrical schematics

and working with lab equipment such as power supplies, oscilloscopes, and grid simulators to support system integration testing. Experience working with

field teams to gather real-world data

, translating insights into lab-based use cases and validation scenarios. Deep domain knowledge in one or more of the following areas:

Electrical Systems, Embedded Systems, Automotive,
