About the Role

We are seeking a

Staff Software Engineer

to act as a

technical leader and strategic force multiplier

across our engineering organization. In this role, you will define architectural direction, lead large-scale technical initiatives, and elevate engineering standards across teams.



You will play a pivotal role in

shaping our AI strategy

, designing the architectural foundations that enable secure, scalable, and production-grade AI capabilities. As a trusted technical advisor to engineering leadership, you will drive innovation at the intersection of

Key Responsibilities

Architect and lead

complex, multi-team systems

spanning the entire product portfolio Define and drive the organization's

AI architecture, governance frameworks, and integration standards

Establish architectural patterns and technical direction for

scalable SaaS and AI systems

Design and standardize

MCP servers, AI integration patterns, and agentic workflows

across products Own

end-to-end delivery

of critical, company-wide technical initiatives Define and enforce

security, DevOps, and observability standards

for AI-enabled systems Partner with

Product, DevOps, and Security

teams to shape long-term technical roadmaps Mentor engineers at all levels on

system design, AI best practices, and architecture

Lead

incident response

for critical systems and drive post-incident improvements Anticipate

emerging AI trends, regulations, and platform shifts

Required Qualifications

Experience

8+ years

of software engineering experience with a strong track record of architecting

large-scale, distributed systems

2+ years of hands-on, production AI/ML experience

, building and deploying AI-powered features and platforms at scale
