Roles & responsibilities:

Solves high-impact, ambiguous problems across teams. Introduces new technologies and frameworks to improve team productivity. Leads initiatives that reduce technical debt at a squad level. Applies high-risk changes to complex engineering ecosystems with precision. Produces unique and informed insights with sound rationale. Identifies technical opportunities and actively seeks sponsorship. Guides technical decisions within team. Influences product roadmaps and technical roadmaps Identify and reduce toil Encourages engineers to take responsibility for their work and its impact on the broader organisation. Leads in Engineering interviews

Essential Skills:-

Minimum 11+ years of experience with expert level knowledge, working with the following languages. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C#, and .NET technologies. Have proven experience in developing and maintaining mobile applications (iOS/Android) and/or .NET solutions. Hands-on experience with microservices and REST API development. In-depth knowledge of mobile development and / or .Net frameworks, design patterns, and best practices. Experience with database design, optimization, and integration. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges. Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non- technical stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership in driving projects from concept to delivery. Familiarity with agile development methodologies. A commitment to staying current with industry trends and continuously enhancing technical skills

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in engineering in Information Technology.
