Roles & responsibilities:

Solves high-impact, ambiguous problems across teams. Introduces new technologies and frameworks to improve team productivity. Leads initiatives that reduce technical debt at a squad level. Applies high-risk changes to complex engineering ecosystems with precision. Produces unique and informed insights with sound rationale. Identifies technical opportunities and actively seeks sponsorship. Guides technical decisions within team. Influences product roadmaps and technical roadmaps Identify and reduce toil Encourages engineers to take responsibility for their work and its impact on the broader organisation. Leads in Engineering interviews

Essential skills:

Should have 11+ years of experience. You are a full cycle developer, technical specialist or a software engineer who enjoys the challenge and satisfaction of writing elegant and efficient code Experience with Go, JavaScript (React/Node), TypeScript, Python, ReactJS, SQL, AWS, RESTful APIs, Infrastructure of Code, Cloud (AWS) Passion for continually improving the processes for CBA engineers and knowledge of micro services architecture and RESTful APIs Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence and ServiceNow and Container technology, Docker and Kubernetes/EKS Source control and CI/CD tooling such as GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Argo CD TeamCity and Artifactory, Monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Graphana Experience with modern software engineering practices such as Trunk development, Pact Testing, Unit Testing, and Test-Driven Development (TDD) Knowledge and experience in the area of application development and design specialisation and Demonstrated experience with continuous delivery technologies, CI / CD solution design and implementation.

Education Qualification:

Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Engineering in Computer Science/Information Technology.
