The Staff Software Engineer is a critical and highly visible role within platform team. This role is responsible for owning the design & implementation of User Interaction features and functionality, working closely with scrum team for timely delivery with quality. Demonstrates deep understanding of software design & development.

Roles and Responsibilities:

In this role , you will :

• Collaborate with Product managers, Program managers , Development team , Testing team and Architects to understand requirements and detail the user stories.
• Work with team to identify and close technical feasibility.
• Engage and drive technical discussions; participate in technical designs and present technical ideas through white boarding and ability to suggest and choose the best solution for the use case.
• Demonstrate the understanding of Agile software development lifecycle and able to distinguish the core inputs and outputs in each cycle.
• Maintain code quality through best practices, unit testing and code quality automation.
• Ensuring the best performance and user experience of the application.
• Understand whole product, its modules, and the interrelationship between them while being an expert in the assigned component or module.
• Be an expert in assessing application performance and optimizing/improving it through design and best coding practices.
• Coach and mentor peer engineers

Qualifications / Requirement:

• Bachelors/Master\'s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 10+ years of industry experience in Healthcare Domain or Product Organization

Desired Characteristics:

• Technical Lead experience who can align with other teams with UI tech stack and Mobile developer with deep knowledge of UI technologies \xe2\x80\x93 Angular, Redux , TS , JS , CSS , HTML
• Mobile Development Experience -Should have experience in Application Development using Mobile Cross platform framework \xe2\x80\x93 Ionic, Apache Cordova, React-Native, Flutter, Mobile Cross Platforms
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and mobile libraries for networking and Coding
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum software development framework.
• Strong Debugging and Troubleshooting Expertise
