As an architect, will lead the integration of platform components and partnership algorithms into an On-prem or Cloud application for premium product. Responsible for multiple software projects as a project leader or internal consultant. Responsible for designing and programming a small module or a large component and designing/integrating a feature, set of features, or whole feature area enabling SaaS or PaaS offerings. She/he will work independently and contribute to the immediate team and to other teams across business. She/he will Lead design discussion and help with technical solutions. Roles and Responsibilities In this role, you will: . As an integration architect work with healthcare domain partners in integrating the components or applications seemlessly to build and release workflow solutions. . Participate in the domain technical and business discussions relative to architect direction. . Assist in the analysis, design and development of a roadmap and implementation based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive architecture viewpoint. . Gather and analyze data and develop architectural requirements at project level. . Support the integration of software components and data delivery platforms with reusable components that can be orchestrated together into different methods. . Research and evaluate emerging technology, industry and market trends to assist in project development and/or operational support activities. Be an expert in assessing application performance and optimizing/improving it through design and best coding practices. . Be an expert in core data structures as well as algorithms and has the ability to implement them using language of choice . Be responsible for providing technical leadership and defining, developing, and evolving software in a fast paced and agile development environment using the latest software development technologies and infrastructure . Provide guidance to a team of 5 to 7 developers with either planning and execution and/or design architecture using agile methodologies such as SCRUM . Write code that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for the project Education Qualification Masters or Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science or \'STEM\' Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with advanced experience. Overall 12+ years of Software engineering and Product development experience Desired Characteristics . Good knowledge of C#, Object oriented programming, Web API and RESTful API services . Experience in .Net Core, Windows based Application programming. Experience in SQL Server/PostGres Database . Hands-on following Software Design principles and patterns . Familiarity with version control Software: Git, Perforce . Familiarity with deployment tools like Jenkins . Good knowledge of Microservices design and development, and deployment. . Excellent knowledge of debugging tools to address performance and reliability bottlenecks. . Good knowledge in unit testing using CppUnit/GTest and mock frameworks. . Experience in Agile development practices: Test Driven Development (TDD), Behavior Driven Development (BDD). Desired Characteristics: Experience working on software projects in the Healthcare domain. Ensures understanding of issues and presents clear rationale. Able to speak to mutual needs and win-win solutions. Uses two-way communication to influence outcomes and ongoing results.
