Staff Service Designer (Rank 44)
The opportunity In this role, you will be responsible for growing our Service Design practice. We are looking for someone that has a strong entrepreneurial mindset toward business, while also being able to navigate corporate structures. You have experience leading engagements and growing relationships with existing clients on both local and international level. We believe that a holistic understanding of business, technology, and design is at the center of what we do and are looking for a candidate that has the experience and a mindset that matches these parameters.
Key responsibilities: Collaborate on research, and develop personas, profiles/task segments, service blueprints, workflows, journeys, and other artifacts at high quality of content and visual communication.

• Participate in service design/research/strategy projects \xe2\x80\x93 and be the process owner when re-imagining, re-thinking and providing service design recommendations
• Execute projects in hands-on manner
• Create and present design-led povs
• Assist in creating design thinking workshop frameworks & support facilitation of co-ideation sessions
• Contribute to activities in order to develop the studio
• Work to develop project delivery competency as part of core service design work
• Take ownership of SD deliverables
• Understand how your communication impacts others
• Research, discover the latest thinking around SD, and share with team
• Demonstrate greater self-reflection and self-awareness

Who you\xe2\x80\x99ll be: A skilled service designer with 1-3+ years of relevant experience

• Designer with experience using concepts, methods, process, tools, and tech in pursuit of great service design
• Outgoing, results-oriented, motivated, and naturally collaborative
• Possess exceptional verbal, written, visual communication, and facilitation skills in English
• An individual with ability to self-reflect on their skill development \xe2\x80\x93 aware of what they know and can apply, and recognize where they have gaps that learning needs to focus on
• Owner of a fantastic portfolio you can share.
