Staff Nurse (GNM)

Area of Vacancy:

Ward ICU ER OBG Provide direct nursing care to patients as per the physician's instructions. Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse. Administer medications and injections safely and on time. Assist doctors during examinations and procedures. Maintain accurate patient records and update charts regularly. Ensure proper infection control and hygiene practices are followed. Prepare and maintain operation theatre or procedure rooms as required. Provide pre- and post-operative nursing care. Handle emergency cases efficiently in ICU, ER, or ward areas. Provide first aid and initiate basic life support when necessary. Educate patients and families on health care, diet, and discharge instructions. Offer emotional support to patients and their relatives. Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff for effective patient management. Report any changes in patient condition to the physician promptly. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the nursing station and wards. Manage and check nursing supplies, instruments, and equipment. Adhere to hospital policies, protocols, and ethical nursing practices.
