Your Impact Create a comprehensive testing plan, develop it, and conduct tests for various IT systems within the Order Management and Revenue Recognition domain Collaborate with IT product owners to create the test strategy, test cases, and test execution plan for IT projects To perform data-driven testing, determine the necessary test data requirements - Gather information for all potential combinations of test data in a given scenario Perform testing using manual/automated methods and then communicate any identified defects to the development team Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products Conduct regression testing to detect any recurrences Create Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for quality assurance and present them to relevant parties - Take corrective measures if any discrepancies are identified Collaborate with the Test automation team to automate test cases - The goal is 90% of the testing will be automated and requires close collaboration between the Quality Engineering, Testing, and Development teams to achieve this in every project release Your Experience 10 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance and test engineering Must have expert knowledge of Software QA processes, methodologies, analysis, etc. Experience in testing end-to-end business applications (SAP, Custom Applications, Integrations) Experience with GCP infrastructure, test/defect management tools, CI/CD, and DevOps tools Experience with the full software development lifecycle and delivery using Agile practices Education Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field or equivalent military experience required A Master\'s degree is preferred The Team The IT Enterprise Architecture team is uniquely positioned to transform new production introductions, business processes, and system landscapes across the PANW enterprise for the next growth phase. The IT Enterprise Architecture Organization consists of four teams performing critical functions. New Product Introductions (NPI) Business Architecture Information System Architecture IT QA The NPI team does product introductions for all PANW product lines. This function is closely aligned with our product line (speedboats) from ideation to GA. They work closely with all stakeholders (IT, Marketing, sales ops, GCS, Finance, and Legal) to launch PANW products. The Business Architecture team is responsible for designing, reengineering, and automating business processes across the enterprise. The Information System Architecture team is responsible for designing the IT systems to run the PANW business. The IT QA is responsible for ensuring the quality of all IT systems (SaaS, On-prem, home-grown). This role will be reporting to the Manager of IT QA
