JOB SUMMARY





The position leads projects responsible for delivering business aligned IT solutions. The role is collaborative within a delivery team and internal business leaders developing and delivering technology solutions utilizing internal and external IT resources and delivering projects on time and within budget.


Essential Duties/Responsibilities




Provides project management oversight from initiation to delivery, including resourcing, scope, estimates, schedule, development, quality assurance, risk management, financial management, and coordinator interdependencies. Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training, and on-time delivery within budget constraints. Manages collaboration with various project resources and vendors to ensure the appropriate methodology is followed, deliverable quality is high, and customer satisfaction is achieved. Coordinates work performed by IT staff and internal customers/partners by defining project requirements, performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments. Solves business problems using technology, works with multiple teams concurrently, and takes pride in their end-to-end ownership. Creates and maintains integrated project plans, incorporates updates and changes to the plans, and prepares reports and presentations for leadership review Works in conjunction with IT resource managers overseeing capacity needs for project efforts and effectively communicating status updates/challenges Determines how project results will be measured, manages project scope, and ensures changes do not jeopardize existing project timelines

QUALIFICATIONS




Education




Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required

Work Experience




8+ years of experience

Licenses and Certifications




Project Management Professional (PMP)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities




Sound business and technical knowledge Ability to manage multiple projects and people orchestrating small to large scale projects to the technology teams Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical people Effective resource management and meeting facilitation skills Ability to create and track detailed project plans and drive project activities Strong problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills; aptitude in logical and analytical thinking Excellent communication and facilitation skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent attention to details and exceptional organizational skills
