Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate,

Registered Nurse (RN)

to provide high-quality care to residents in our assisted living facility. The RN promoting the physical, emotional, and social well-being of elderly residents by coordinating care, managing chronic conditions, and supporting daily living activities in a respectful, proper manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Assessments of resident health status Implement, individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond appropriately Maintain accurate and timely documentation Educate residents and families on health management, medication, and wellness Supervise Nursing Assistants. Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and health and safety regulations Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives Provide end-of-life care and support as needed

Qualifications:

Bsc Nursing or GNM completion is required 3 year of nursing experience; elder care or long-term care preferred
