Qualifications

GNM / BSc (Nursing) / MSc/ PB BSc Valid KNC registration as a Nurse Proven experience in patient care within a clinical or hospital setting Basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology Proficiency in medication administration and understanding of pharmacology principles Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide compassionate patient support Organised, detail-oriented, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Flexibility to work shifts as required, including evenings or weekends if necessary

Duties

Deliver comprehensive patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities Assess patient conditions and maintain accurate medical records in accordance with healthcare protocols Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalised care plans Educate patients and their families on health management, medication usage, and post-discharge care instructions Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, infection control procedures, and confidentiality standards Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies, providing reassurance and support throughout their treatment journey
