Job Title: Staff Nurses

Job Summary:

The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. This role ensures the health, safety, and comfort of patients and adheres to professional nursing standards and hospital policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care:

Deliver safe, compassionate, and individualized nursing care to patients. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Assist with diagnostic tests and analyze results.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate, complete, and timely documentation in patient records. Ensure compliance with confidentiality regulations.

Coordination & Communication:

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Participate in patient care planning and interdisciplinary rounds.

Infection Control & Safety:

Follow hospital infection control and safety protocols. Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for patients.

Professional Development:

Attend training sessions, workshops, and staff meetings. Stay up-to-date with current best practices in nursing.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing or equivalent) Registered Nurse (RN) with current license from the appropriate nursing council CPR/BLS certification (ACLS may be preferred) Clinical experience (new graduates may be considered depending on the setting)

Skills and Competencies:

Strong clinical and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team Compassionate and patient-centered approach Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
