Deliver bedside nursing care to ICU patients, including those on ventilators and life support.
Continuously monitor patients' vital signs, neurological signs, and clinical conditions.
Administer IV fluids, medications, and blood products as prescribed.
Assist doctors in ICU procedures such as intubation, central line placement, and CPR.
Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation (e.g., flow charts, nurse notes).
Operate and manage ICU equipment (e.g., ventilators, infusion pumps, monitors).
Maintain strict aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
Participate in patient handovers and care planning with the multidisciplinary team.
Report changes in patient condition immediately to the RMO/Doctor.
Ensure proper inventory and maintenance of ICU supplies and medications.
Participate in training and continuing education to upgrade skills and knowledge.
