Assess the mother's progress through the stages of labor and identify any potential complications.
Perform fetal assessments and assess the well-being of the foetus during labor.
Continuously monitor the mother's vital signs (heart rate, blood pressure, temperature) and the baby's heart rate and contractions.
Provide emotional support and encouragement to the mother and her family throughout the labor and delivery process.
Educate the mother and family about the delivery process, potential complications, and newborn care.
Monitor the mother's recovery after delivery, including vital signs and postpartum complications.
Assist with breastfeeding initiation and provide guidance on newborn care.
Candidates with minimum 1 to 2 year experienced in the same field preferred.
Candidates should have good knowledge in Labor room procedures.
