• Performs assigned duties as per the protocol.
• Accurate and on time clinical documentation.
• Effective communication skill in reporting patient's clinical conditions
• Follow grooming standards as per policy.
• Evaluates effectiveness of nursing care on patient condition.
• Inform critical lab value as soon as possible to treating doctor or team leaders
• Involves, communicate and educates the family members in the future plan of care.
• Maintain diet needs of patients as per advices
• Provides supportive counseling of current patient concerns.
• Assess and meets activities of daily living needs of patients in dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, eating and sleeping.
• Identifies vulnerable patients and ensures the safety of patients
• Safe use of biomedical equipment's.
• Follow Bio-medical waste management policy.
• Follow all infection control practices
• Accurately and safe administration of prescribed medications.
• Performing nursing procedures as per protocols
• Safe storage of medication.
• Personal hygiene maintaining.
• Knowledge regarding BLS and ACLS and emergency management as per doctor order
• Attending trainings
• Incident reporting.
• Indenting of medicines and consumables.
• Follow Escalation matrix
• Inventory management.
