Evaluate and monitor the patients progress.
Identify sudden or subtle changes in a patients medical condition.
Deliver regular updates to doctors, patients, and their family members.
Begin treatment and monitor doses.
If necessary, respond to a medical emergency and alert the appropriate doctors.
Complete all necessary paperwork before transferring a patient.
Maintain patient records.
Create and implement effective care plans.
Requirements:-
Valid nursing license in the respective state or region.
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU, MICU, CCU, or CTVS ICU setting.
Strong understanding of intensive care protocols and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergency situations.

with Registration and having Minimum 2 Years experience in working as Staff Nurse.
