- Staff Nurse

Staff Nurse

Reporting To:

Nursing In-Charge / Nursing Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care as per hospital protocols and nursing standards Monitor and record patient vital signs and maintain nursing documentation Administer medications and injections as prescribed by doctors Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergencies Ensure proper hygiene, comfort, and safety of patients Maintain infection control practices and follow hospital policies Coordinate with doctors, GDAs, and other healthcare staff for patient care Educate patients and attendants about care procedures Maintain and check medical equipment and supplies Report any change in patient condition to the concerned doctor/supervisor

Qualification & Experience:

GNM / B.Sc Nursing Valid Nursing Council Registration Relevant hospital experience preferred

Skills Required:

Good clinical and patient-care skills Effective communication and teamwork Ability to work in shifts and under pressure
