Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide holistic nursing care to patients in assigned wards/units. Monitor, record, and report patient symptoms and conditions to the physician. Administer prescribed medicines, injections, and IV fluids on time. Assist doctors during diagnostic tests, procedures, and surgeries. Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and charts. Ensure infection control practices and hospital protocols are strictly followed. Educate and support patients and their attendants regarding care plans, treatments, and discharge instructions. Handle emergency situations promptly and efficiently. Operate and maintain medical equipment safely. Collaborate with the healthcare team for smooth patient management.

Qualifications & Skills:

GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution. 1-3 years of experience (freshers may also apply). Strong clinical knowledge and patient care skills. Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities. Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night duties.

Pay: ₹15,086.00 - ₹30,676.65 per month
