Job Responsibilities

Explaining about inpatient ward facilities rules regulation of admission Monitoring vital signs and giving total care to patients admitted in the ward Assisting consultant during ward rounds Attending emergencies

(Code Blue)

Attending patient calls, giving proper medication to patients Explain the investigations to be undertaken by the patients Sending patient for investigation Preparing patient for surgery Providing post-operative care After consultant rounds checking case sheets for completeness During night duty checking system entries investigation, report entries for completeness Scheduling appointments with external investigations for patients (Scan centre MRI, CT) and sending patient on time with proper instruction Taking care of discharge patient (explaining prescription) Entries of blood investigations and test reports in the M.No. case sheets Checking emergency drugs and keeping them up dated also to check and follow up
