Key Responsibilities

Patient Monitoring and Care:

Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and provide ongoing care.

Medication Administration:

Safely administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.

Wound Care:

Perform and manage wound care and apply dressings.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with doctors, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.

Patient & Family Education:

Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatments, and post-hospital care.

Emotional Support:

Provide emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times.

Ward Maintenance:

Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment on the ward.

Procedure Assistance:

Assist doctors during medical procedures and examinations.

Emergency Response:

Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
