Job Description

Patient Assessment:

Conduct physical examinations and assess patients' health needs and conditions.

Care Planning:

Develop and implement individualized patient care plans based on assessments.

Direct Patient Care:

Administer medications, perform treatments, monitor vital signs, and provide basic nursing care.

Medication Administration:

Safely administer prescribed medications and monitor their effects.

Patient Monitoring:

Continuously monitor patients' conditions, identifying and reporting changes to healthcare teams.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and document all aspects of care provided.

Collaboration:

Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and optimal patient care.

Patient & Family Education:

Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatments, and strategies for disease prevention and rehabilitation.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
