Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Staff Nurse to join our hospital team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients while ensuring their comfort and safety. This position is open to nurses with various educational backgrounds, including ANM, GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, and those with a Master's in Nursing.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor for any side effects. Monitor patient progress and maintain detailed and accurate patient records. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, health maintenance, and preventive care. Prepare patients for, and assist with, examinations or treatments. Operate medical equipment and assist with diagnostic tests. Maintain a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and families.
Requirements:

Successful completion of one of the following: Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM) General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) Master of Science in Nursing (M.Sc. Nursing) Registered as a Nurse with the State Nursing Council. Proven experience as a nurse in a hospital or similar healthcare environment. Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures. Superior communication and interpersonal skills, including empathy and the ability to handle stressful situations. Proficiency in maintaining accurate and detailed reports and records.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
