Key Responsibilities

Patient Care:

Administer medications, perform procedures (e.g., injections, infusions), assist doctors, manage hygiene, provide nutrition, and offer emotional support.

Monitoring & Documentation:

Take vital signs, record symptoms, maintain accurate patient charts, and report changes in condition.

Planning & Coordination:

Assess patient needs, develop/implement/evaluate care plans, and coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other staff.

Patient & Family Education:

Teach about illnesses, treatments, prevention, and post-hospital care.

Environment & Supplies:

Ensure a clean, safe ward, manage medical supplies, and ensure equipment is functional.

Teamwork & Supervision:

Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and may precept/guide junior nurses or students.

Admissions & Discharges:

Handle patient admission, transfer, and discharge procedures.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
